My grandfather never read the works of Robert E. Howard, but he reminded me of a character you would find in one of his tales. Howard is best known for his character Conan but he wrote a great many different wonderful heroic figures such as Black Vulmea, Solomon Kane, Steve Clarney, Kirby O'Donnell & Steve Harrison.
